caterer and entrepreneur, Alisa
M. McGowan, and a realization of over a decade's experience
in the food industry, and nearly seven years of industry
and market research, product development and testing.
Ms. McGowan's excellence in food creation, preparation,
presentation, and event planning has made her firm, Catering
by Alyse, one of the most in-demand caterers for private
clients, fashion and celebrity events, and corporate functions
in South Florida. After a successful introduction, Private
Jet Gourmet is currently serving clients in New York,
Indiana, the Florida Keys, and is expanding its client
base to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. The service is
